I have been in the home building and real estate business nearly 35 years. I am the Principal Broker and owner of Georgia Evans Realty, LLC located in Smyrna, TN. I am a Certified Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified New Home Specialist, am Residential Construction Certified, hold the designation as an E-Pro Realtor, GREEN Realtor and graduated with a GRI designation in real estate. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
I have created and led many sales teams. I have trained countless agents who have gone on to become successful Realtors in and around Middle Tennessee. Whether on the seller’s, or the buyer’s side of the closing table, as of this writing, I have been involved in over 5,000 residential real estate transactions in my building and real estate career. Yes, I most definitely eat, sleep and breath real estate!
I specialize in new construction sales and working with first time home buyers. I provide expert assistance with everything from credit help as buyers are getting qualified for financing, all the way to the closing table and everything in between.

I will walk with you and explain the entire process so you know exactly what to expect. I have always said in new construction, “If it isn’t exactly what I told you, you can get up and walk away, no strings attached.”
I understand any Realtor can help you go see a home, but I specialize in avoiding disasters, drama and helping you sail calmly through the whole experience.
On a personal note, I am happily married and have 2 fur babies that I adore. I spend my “free” time working in the yard or on the computer.
